All Custom and pre-ordered units have a 7-14 day processing time from date purchased, once wig(s) are completed tracking info will be sent 1-2 business days. (Most items require a 7-21 business day processing time. Shipping time is 1-4 business days. Items are shipped out based on their availability.)

Wig Purchase Form must be completed after every purchase in order to receive confirmation of processing. This form protects both you and us. 

Refund Policy
